The following programs are open to all Port Ludlow Community residents. Programs are at the Bay Club, 120 Spinnaker Place, and will begin at 1 p.m. Programs are free of charge. Informational and educational presentations are intended to provide a forum for increasing knowledge for members of our community. South Bay Community Association Update
Welcome to May and warmer weather and more sunshine! It’s such a welcome relief to wake up to brighter days and end with stunning sunsets. The SBCA Board of Directors has been busy reviewing and updating policies as well as adopting a new policy this spring. We have updated and adopted our Collection and Enforcement Policies based on the updated Washington State law, RCW (Revised Code of Washington) 64.90. Both have been uploaded to our SBCA website under Governing Documents.
