by Kathleen Traci, PLWGA and Lady Niners’ Publicity Chairperson The Port Ludlow Women’s Golf Association (PLWGA ) The PLWGA, an 18-hole Women’s Golf League, is seeking new members.  The League schedules competitive 18-hole rounds on Tuesdays during the season. Captain Linda Aho will be welcoming members, new and old, on April 7 , the League’s Opening Day. The PLWGA annual membership fee is $115 plus the GHIN (Handicap) Annual Fee of $52. PLWGA members also participate in the
