Port Ludlow Village Council (PLVC) Yard Sale/Spring Fair Registration Begins

by Lois Grazioli, PLVC Community Activities Chair

One person’s old is another one’s gold. Join us for The Second Annual Outdoor Community Yard Sale/Spring Fair on Saturday, May 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Port Ludlow Yacht Club Parking Lots. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, as well as homemade treasured treats from our Bake Sale. Enjoy the show-stopping, toe-tapping rhythms of the Stringalongs. Visit the arts and crafts booths featuring new and gently used items and stop by local non-profits, such as Center Valley Animal Rescue, Jefferson County Humane Society, and East Jefferson Fire Rescue. Come sell your wares by registering for a space at the event.

Registration is now open. Secure your $10 Yard Sale spot by downloading a registration form at Portludlowvillagecouncil.org. We strongly encourage online registration, but hard copy forms are also available at the Port Ludlow Beach Club. Return the completed form and a check payable to PLVC in a sealed envelope to Port Ludlow Village Council, Yard Sale, PO Box 65012, Port Ludlow, WA, 98365, or to the Beach Club reception desk. There is a limited number of yard sale spaces, and registration will close once those spots are filled. Check payments must be included with the form to secure your space. You will receive an email confirmation of your processed registration. For questions or more information contact lois.grazioli@portludlowvillagecouncil.org.

The Council is also excited to announce the launch of the new PLVC Raffle. Tickets will be on sale at the Yard Sale/Spring Fair event and every subsequent Council activity. You may also contact the PLVC Treasurer at treasurer@portludlowvillagecouncil.org to purchase raffle tickets. Later this summer, one ticket will be drawn every month at the Board meeting, and ticket holders need not be present to win (except at the October Annual Meeting). An added bonus is that previous monthly winners will be included in the Annual Meeting raffle drawings. Get your red-hot tickets now!

This rain or shine activity is Open to All so encourage family and friends, as well as those beyond our immediate area, for a FUN day out Memorial Day Weekend. This event, hosted by the Village Council’s Community Activities Committee, is made possible by local volunteers and the support of Port Ludlow Associates for allowing use of their space.
