North Bay - Update from the Manager

by Mike Wilson, General Manager

As we begin 2026, several important initiatives are underway at the Beach Club. We recently welcomed our new Accounting Manager Kathi Pugh, who has already made valuable contributions by refining our accounting processes. I appreciate the time and expertise she has dedicated to improving our operations.

We are also preparing to launch our new HOA software for residents in the coming months. Phil Racine, Bob Shaw, and Kathi Pugh have invested extensive effort to ensure data accuracy and system readiness. Their commitment to this project is greatly appreciated.

Our upcoming LMC Wine and Cheese Social will take place on Friday, February 13, from 5–7 p.m. in the Bayview Room. Please notify the front desk if you plan to attend.

I’m pleased to share that this year’s Breakfast with Santa was a tremendous success, hosting more than 40 children and 44 adults. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the event memorable.

The Polar Plunge also saw strong participation, with 20 brave individuals taking the dive and many more cheering them on. As a first‑time participant, I found the experience invigorating, and I hope even more of you will join next year.

As we move quickly toward our Annual Meeting in April, I look forward to continued engagement with our community.

As always, if you have questions or comments about this article or the on-going work at the Beach Club, I can be reached at 360-437-9201 or by email at GM@LMCBeachClub.org.
