The Port Townsend Wednesday Farmers Market kicked off its second season on June 3, running Wednesdays from 3 – 6 p.m. on Tyler Street Uptown. The reopening featured a ribbon-cutting, dog treats, kids' activities, and lawn games.
This year's market features 19 vendors offering produce, flowers, bread, prepared food, and more. Newcomers include Sourdough Social Club and A Place on Earth, a draft-horse-powered farm from the Dungeness Valley.
A highlight this season is the Power of Produce (POP) Club, a weekly kids' program from 3 – 4 p.m. where children earn $2 in market bucks for fresh fruits and vegetables. Monthly chef demonstrations and live music round out the programming.
Come join us at Port Townsend’s Uptown Wednesdays 3 – 6 p.m., Tyler Street Uptown, Port Townsend.
