Honoring Judge Brooke Taylor

When Brooke Taylor took the helm a decade ago, Field Hall was little more than an ambitious dream — a community’s hope for a world-class performance and events venue on the Olympic Peninsula. Taylor’s extraordinary 10-year tenure transformed Field Hall from a bold community vision into a fully realized, debt-free cultural landmark in the heart of Port Angeles.

What followed was a masterclass in leadership. He shepherded the organization from concept through construction, navigating the challenges of fundraising, community engagement, and project development with determination and grace. His ability to galvanize stakeholders and inspire donors was the driving force behind every milestone Field Hall achieved.

Perhaps most remarkably, under Judge Taylor’s stewardship, Field Hall achieved what many nonprofits only dream of: complete financial independence. The full retirement of the construction loan, accomplished through disciplined fiscal management and the tremendous generosity of the community, stands as the crowning achievement of his tenure. He leaves an organization that is strong, stable, and brimming with possibility.

Welcoming Kim Reynolds as President

Kim Reynolds brings years of experience running businesses in hospitality and conferences arena, expertise that translates directly into Field Hall’s mission as a premier events and performance destination. Her deep background in event management, operations, and creating exceptional guest experiences makes her an ideal fit to lead Field Hall as it moves from building its foundation to expanding its impact. This is not a departure from what Judge Taylor built; it is a natural and exciting progression.
