Port Ludlow Connects was formerly known as the PL Community Opportunity Fair. We’re excited to bring this impactful event back to our community, where in 2024 the event drew 250+ attendees and delivered strong results for exhibitors, attracting new volunteers and members. Participants include local organizations, clubs, hobby and sports groups, and sponsors. This is a great opportunity to make your presence known and connect directly with community members interested in getting involved with your project or initiative.
The event will be held at the Bay Club on Friday, August 28, between 4 - 6 p.m.
Registration is now available online by accessing the registration form at bit.ly/41QNacK. Space is limited; please register by Friday, May 15, to secure your area.
We look forward to your participation! Here are the details:
Thanks to our sponsors, booths are free. We’ll supply table space, a table sign, event promotion, and parking coordination. Exhibitors should staff their booth and bring informational materials, sign-up sheets, and giveaways. In addition, to increase traffic to your table, is the “passport” card – participants collect “stamps” at each booth and enter a prize drawing when complete. Live music is planned as well.
We ask each exhibitor to provide one volunteer to assist with registration, setup, cleanup, parking, and more. This is in addition to the person at the booth. Training and role details will be provided in advance. We are also in need of the following items to help make the Fair a success. Please indicate on the registration form if you can help with the following:
Van and Driver: We are looking for one more van and driver to transport attendees to and from the extended parking area at the Beach Club on the day of the event. Please let us know if your organization could help out with a van and driver instead of a volunteer joining our team. With two vans in 2024, attendees flowed very nicely between the Bay Club and extended parking.
Tables: We also need about 15 each of 8’x30’’ lightweight folding tables that could be donated for the day of the event in lieu of a volunteer.
Water Bottles: To add to attendees’ bags and offer to exhibitors.

Thank you so much for your part in making our community such a fun, supportive and vibrant place to live!
