Jefferson Healthcare Partners with Discovery Physical Therapy

Jefferson Healthcare is excited to announce that Discovery Physical Therapy will be joining Jefferson Healthcare beginning January 2026 as Jefferson Healthcare Discovery Rehabilitation. The partnership increases provider capacity, helping meet the growing community need for high-quality, patient-centered care close to home.

Discovery Physical Therapy has served the communities of East Jefferson County for 18 years. With this new partnership, Discovery will continue to offer services at their current location in Port Hadlock, expanding access and capacity for rehabilitation and physical therapy services in East Jefferson County.

“This partnership allows us to grow our team of providers and enhance the care we offer, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our community,” said Jake Davidson, Jefferson Healthcare Chief Operating Officer. “This is a positive and collaborative change that benefits everyone involved.”

Discovery Physical Therapy brings additional expertise and service options that will complement Jefferson Healthcare’s existing rehabilitation programs. These include post-surgical rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum services, treatment for sports injuries, vestibular and balance disorders, work injuries, and pelvic physical therapy for people of all genders and ages with bowel and bladder disorders and pelvic pain.

“The Discovery Physical Therapy team is excited about the potential to grow and develop services to better meet the needs of Jefferson County by becoming part of Jefferson Healthcare,” said Amy Irene Lynch, PT, owner of Discovery Physical Therapy. “Discovery Physical Therapy staff will continue serving the community as Jefferson Healthcare Discovery Rehabilitation. The people you know and trust in both organizations are coming together to serve you better.”
